DESCRIPCIÓN

Organizar y celebrar un encuentro internacional de asociaciones con la convocatoria de participación de destacados especialistas y representantes para que traten los problemas del crecimiento de las asociaciones que trabajan con PTB.

La actividad se plantea a través de mesas de trabajo de intercambio de información junto a conferencias especializadas sucesivas, acompañadas de actividades de acogida a las asociaciones participantes, donde presentar las experiencias y estrategias de las diferentes asociaciones PTB internacionales desde distintos contextos socioculturales, en su valor de aportación a la colaboración y estrategia para fomentar la investigación, enfocar el tratamiento, inclusión y rehabilitación, en búsqueda de soluciones en las personas con problemas de crecimiento.

Desde los inicios de la Asociación Nacional para Problemas de Crecimiento- CRECER (1985) hemos tenido como objetivo lograr la adecuada atención sanitaria y la integración social de las personas con trastornos de crecimiento y desarrollo.

Es por ello que la realización de eventos relacionados con problemas de crecimiento tiene especial importancia para las personas afectadas y sus familias, a fin de reivindicar su salud y bienestar, desde su derecho a participar en diferentes foros, unido al interés y preocupación en conocer mejor el abordaje de este problema. Así es nuestro propósito la organización del “I ENCUENTRO INTERNACIONAL DE ASOCIACIONES".

Esta colaboración entre asociaciones propuesta proporcionará un marco de trabajo global e integrador que aborde cada aspecto desde la propia experiencia de sus protagonistas, para favorecer posibles vías donde establecer las medidas más idóneas para conseguir una sociedad menos discriminatoria. Con la participación de las distintas Asociaciones participantes se podrás intercambiar información sobre la situación actual sobre los problemas de crecimientos, aportando los criterios básicos sobre lo que las asociaciones o grupos implicados intentan orientar en el desarrollo de la política de acción social.

Además, dicho acto se fundamenta en los siguientes objetivos específicos:

- Fomentar la investigación en la búsqueda de soluciones para situaciones de diagnóstico correcto, tratamiento progresivo y rehabilitación cualitativa eficaz.

- Crear un espacio común donde compartir experiencias de trabajo comunes de problemas del crecimiento desde el punto de vista de diferentes contextos socioculturales.

- Destacar la importante labor que desarrollan las distintas entidades, asociaciones y profesionales que tratan trastornos de crecimiento y desarrollo a favor de la PTB aportando visibilidad y reconocimiento público.

- Promover la Cooperación internacional.

- Aumentar el conocimiento y respaldo de las familias sobre aspectos de accesibilidad y diseño universal con presencia a pacientes y familiares.

- Mejorar la comunicación entre asociaciones y administración

-Informar sobre la actual atención socio-sanitaria que se ofrece a esta patología, incentivando, mediante el reconocimiento público, la destacada labor que desarrollan entidades y profesionales.

- Transmitir los conocimientos y experiencias médicas de los profesionales relacionados.

- Posibilitar la comunicación directa entre quienes ostentan la responsabilidad política y poder de decisión, es decir, la Administración y cuantas personas e instituciones tengan relación con esta problemática.

- Lograr la participación de organizaciones afines.

- Es una oportunidad para la mejora de la cualificación social, familiar y profesional.

- Posibilitar un acercamiento entre quienes ostentan una responsabilidad política y poder de decisión, en materia sanitaria y social, la Administración, Instituciones y personas relacionadas.

- Satisfacer la necesidad de conocer los recursos sanitarios a los cuales se pueden acceder

- Incentivar la práctica del trabajo diario, aumento de la motivación personal y la seguridad para el usuario.

DESCRIPTION
Organize and hold an international meeting of associations with the call for the participation of leading specialists and representatives to address the problems of growth of associations working with PTB.
The activity is carried out through workshops to exchange information with successive specialized conferences, accompanied by activities to host the participating associations, where they present the experiences and strategies of the different international PTB associations from different sociocultural contexts, in their value of contribution to the collaboration and strategy to foment the investigation, to focus the treatment, inclusion and rehabilitation, in search of solutions in the people with problems of growth.
Since the beginning of the National Association for Growth Problems - CRECER (1985) we have aimed to achieve adequate health care and social integration of people with growth and development disorders.
That is why the realization of events related to growth problems is of special importance for the people affected and their families, in order to claim their health and well-being, from their right to participate in different forums, together with the interest and concern in knowing better addressing this problem. So it is our purpose to organize the "I INTERNATIONAL ENCOUNTER OF ASSOCIATIONS".
This proposed partnership will provide a comprehensive and inclusive framework that addresses each aspect from the experience of its protagonists, in order to favor possible ways to establish the most appropriate measures to achieve a less discriminatory society. With the participation of the different participating Associations you will be able to exchange information on the current situation on the problems of growth, providing the basic criteria on what the associations or groups involved try to guide in the development of social action policy.
In addition, this act is based on the following specific objectives:
- Encourage research in the search for solutions for situations of correct diagnosis, progressive treatment and effective qualitative rehabilitation.
- To create a common space to share common work experiences of growth problems from the point of view of different sociocultural contexts.
- Highlight the important work carried out by the different entities, associations and professionals that deal with the problems of growth and development in favor of the PTB, providing visibility and public recognition.
- To promote international cooperation.
- Increase the knowledge and support of families on aspects of accessibility and universal design with presence to patients and family.
- Improve communication between associations and administration
-To inform about the current socio-health care offered to this pathology, encouraging, through public recognition, the outstanding work carried out by entities and professionals.
- To transmit the knowledge and medical experiences of related professionals.
- Enable direct communication between those who hold political responsibility and decision-making power, that is, the Administration and how many people and institutions are related to this problem.
- To obtain the participation of related organizations.
- It is an opportunity for the improvement of social, family and professional qualification.
- Enable an approach between those who hold a political responsibility and decision-making power, in health and social matters, the Administration, Institutions and related persons.
